Public transportation has always been a hot topic of discussion for needed improvement. Studying the flow of people and interviewing frequent commuters is a needed step in figuring out the pain points of the journey. To many, its a constant battle of navigating through crowds, finding a seat, and getting off on the right stop. Here are my concept drawings and proposed solutions to the issues addressed.
